While excavating, the construction machinery uncovered the remains of a parking garage, believed to have been constructed in 1971.<\/p>\n<figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-13507\" src=\"https:\/\/www.museum-re.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Parkhaus.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.museum-re.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Parkhaus.png 800w, https:\/\/www.museum-re.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Parkhaus-768x480.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>However, just a few years later, the parking garage was demolished to make way for the construction of the Dresdner Bank building (now Commerzbank).
