On Thursday, 3 July at 10.30 am, an exciting tour of our museum awaits you, where you can discover the colour worlds of artist Helen Frankenthaler and much more. Afterwards, things will get creative: have you ever heard of the shortest form of poetry in the world? It comes from Japan and is called Haiku. Together we will create our own haiku in the colour laboratory, which will be reminiscent of works of art from the tour. Then it’s time to read and guess – brave ones first! The remaining time can be spent experimenting at the digital stations in the colour lab.Meeting point: 10.25 a.m. in front of the mre colour lab, right next to the ticket desk – the large-format glass work ‘A glass of water, please’ by Katharina Grosse will show you the way. This offer is free of charge. No registration required, just drop by!*Recommended age: 8-12 years, this workshop is conducted in German.
