Taking the legendary 1957 exhibition Couleur vivante – Lebendige Farbe as its starting point, this guided tour explores the extraordinary life and work of the abstract painter Judit Reigl. Her escape from Hungary, her new beginning in Paris and her development as an artist are reflected in a powerful, liberating visual language. Discover Reigl’s gestural series of works from the 1960s and experience for yourself just how powerful and inspiring her paintings still are today.
This guided tour is conducted in German. Every Sunday (3–4 p.m.).
